Can ChimeX be turned into a preference pane? Not at this time, but it is a feature we would like to implement soon.

How come all of my data was not imported? Sometimes the application which did the export does not export all of the data.
How come my categories were not imported? Outlook and Entourage do not export categories with the address book data.
Can I share contacts between Eudora and Entourage with this program? Contact This was designed to be able to import contacts from Entourage, Outlook, and Outlook Express. Once contacts are imported, Contact This is meant to be the main address book.
Days Away
How do I get Days Away to automatically start? Go to the Users preference pane in OS X and add the application to the list of items to start when you log in.
Doc Merge
Is Doc Merge worth the money? Doc Merge's audience is for those frequently merging many Word documents by hand. The employer can purchase Doc Merge and have their documents merged into one document in a matter of seconds (or minutes) instead of hours. For businesses, time is money.
File Stitcher
I stitched some files but only the first one shows. File Stitcher's primary use is to stitch back together files that have been split up for one reason or another. Special format files such as RTF, HTML, Word, and image documents have an "end marker" in the file which interferes with the process.
File Stitcher MP3
File Stitcher MP3 Edition won't recognize my MP3 file(s). Sample rate (in kHz): 44.100, 48.000, 32.000 Bit rate (in kbps): 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 80, 96, 112, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256, 320 VBR and VSR are not supported. AAC is not currently supported.
General
When will I receive my serial number? Serial numbers are typically manually generated and will usually be sent within 48 hours.
What is the upgrade policy? Updates deemed minor are free. (ie: v1.0->v1.1->v1.2) Major updates are not free. (ie: v1.x->v2.x->v3.x) If you made a purchase within 30 days of a major upgrade, you will receive it free when you contact us.
Safer Workstation
Safer Workstation won't untie the key. A couple of users have stated that Safer Workstation is not untying keys. If you are having this issue, contact support and we can send you a remover application.
Why can't I log in with my key? Once a drive is ejected, the OS does not see it anymore, even after logging back in. If you are having trouble logging in: Eject the drive and unplug it. At the log in screen, plug the drive back in. Login and enter your password.
Can Safer Workstation be used with Bluetooth devices? Not currently but we have plans to add this functionality in a future release.
